IMPORTANT:

We need the Form I-134A submitted by the sponsor to USCIS. This is a PDF document consisting of 14 pages and is located in the sponsor's USCIS account. This review aims to verify if the form was completed correctly, if the supporting evidence is sufficient, and to explore options for making any adjustments or changes if needed.

If you cannot provide this, you will need to send us the email and password to the sponsor's USCIS account so we can assist you.

On the day of the appointment:

The total time for this service is 40 minutes. 20 minutes will be spent reviewing the I-134A, followed by 15–20 minutes on a call to discuss our findings and possible solutions. (The time may vary depending on the number of cases.) Appointments cannot be rescheduled.

If you book an appointment without the sponsor's permission and the sponsor later does not grant access or fails to send the PDFs, the payment will be credited to your account, but no refunds will be issued.

If you wish to cancel the appointment for any other reason after sending the PDFs, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund, minus a $25 fee. Alternatively, the full amount can be credited for a different service.
